Global Offensive is the next edition of the famous series of team action games - Counter-Strike.
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is another, the Counter-Strike: Source, an attempt to refresh the popular shooter, who began as a modification of Half-Life. It is worth noting that this is the first scene of the series, which also appeared in the console version. Does not change the philosophy of the game - we still are dealing with drużynową action game.
Opposite are two teams - the terrorists and trying to stop them special forces. For each eliminated opponent we are rewarded with cash, for which at the beginning of the next round you can buy better weapons and armor.
The game features two game modes: Casual and Competitive. The first, as the name implies, is designed for beginners, and its task is to introduce newcomers to the secrets of Counter-Strike. Money plays no role here, and voice communication also takes place between the opposing teams. Additionally, after the death option available "spectate" allows players to watch any living player. Competetive is deprived of such facilities, we can only communicate with members of our team, much more important is the cash acquired, and the rounds have been shortened from three to two minutes.
